These effects are due in part to coffee’s anti-inflammatory actions, antioxidant properties, and increased insulin sensitivity. There is also an inverse relationship between coffee consumption and death rates. The more coffee that is consumed, the lower your risk of heart disease, respiratory disease, accidents, and infections.
