Naturopathic Health Hacks: Sardine Salad Ingredients:
- 1 can sardines
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups kale
- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1 cup dill pickles
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
Add all ingredients together in large bowl, mix, and serve.
