When Richard Luebke Sr. and his wife, JoAnn, founded Pima Medical Institute in 1972, they realized their dream of providing students with a high-quality medical education. The first campus, in Tucson, Ariz., was established to train students to work as nursing assistants. Richard Luebke Jr. and Mark Luebke eventually took over as president and CEO, launching new services and expanding campus locations to meet the country's rising demand for qualified healthcare professionals.

After acting as the college's Chief Operating Officer, Fred Freedman was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2015. He has worked for Pima Medical for over 15 years. With growth, creativity, and a keen eye on what healthcare providers need in great employees, he is leading Pima Medical into the future.
