Most Americans eat continuously throughout the day and have their biggest meal in the evening hours, which leaves the body trying to metabolize large amounts of food while we’re sleeping. This is not optimal and creates added amounts of free radical damage and fat storage.
For Weight Loss without exercise, we must eat only in an 8 hour window each day and never eat within 3 hours of bedtime.
This allows the body to metabolize the food while we’re awake and then burn extra fat and sugars in the 16 hours we’re not eating. Try to eat only from 10am-6pm for 2 weeks and you will receive results.
